Alterations and Upcycling Course

In this four-week course at The Habit Store, you will be guided through the key elements of using a sewing machine to construct a simple garment, emerging at the end of the workshop as the proud owner of some seriously sustainable trousers. All you need are some existing pants you like the fit of to use as a style guide, and some material from home to repurpose - we suggest an old bed sheet or if you prefer to purchase some new material that is also fine. All other equipment and materials will be provided. This is the perfect relaxed setting to help you gain confidence as a beginner and meet like minded people.

The workshop will be run over four Thursdays from Thursday September 28th from 7 - 9 pm.
